About TXIOS
Focused orchestral study for young musicians.
The Texas Institute for Orchestral Studies was founded in 2021 by Miguel Harth-Bedoya, Felix Torres, and John Toohey.
Mission
To educate and enrich the musical lives of young musicians through rigorous orchestral immersion and public performance.
To provide professional instruction through master classes, sectional coaching, ensemble rehearsal, and audition and practice skills.
To transform and inspire participants through focused preparation and performance.
Caminos del Inka
TXIOS is an education initiative of Caminos del Inka, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Fort Worth, Texas, dedicated to preserving and promoting musical heritage from the Americas.
